Quick Response When you have an item listed on eBay and a potential buyer contacts you with a question, respond quickly. Contact them as quickly as possible after the auction has ended, thank them for their purchase and provide the required information for payment. 4. Sending Items In your description, provide accurate details regarding shipment. Make sure the items are sent within the time you stated. Shipping & Handling You should always charge actual shipping costs, or at most a little extra to cover the cost of your shipping materials.
